My Story

I'm an experienced therapist based in Brisbane, specialising in Mindful Movement, Resonate Massage, and holistic nervous system restoration. I work with women — and anyone seeking mindful self-care — who want to reconnect with their strength, release tension, and feel fully supported.
Your Space Method was born from more than two decades of study, practice, and deeply personal experience. I've lived through the moments of being "too busy to rest," of pushing through when my body was asking me to slow down, and of discovering — sometimes the hard way — that the body always knows.
What I offer isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session begins with a genuine check-in — not a form, not a protocol — just a real conversation about where you are that day. Then we work from there, together.
I use a blend of Pilates-based movement, fascial release, remedial massage, vibroacoustic sound therapy, breathwork, and Reiki — weaving them together in whatever combination your body most needs. Some days that means moving. Some days it means stillness. Most days, both.
We live in a world that rewards pushing through. That celebrates productivity and endurance. And so many of us have learned — unconsciously — to disconnect from the very signals our bodies are sending us.
My work is about reversing that. Gently. Without force. Creating a space where your nervous system can remember what safe feels like, and where you can begin to hear your body again.
This is not performance wellness. There's no perfect posture to achieve, no target heart rate to hit. Just you, your body, and a little bit of space to come back to yourself.
Training & Credentials
Fully certified in studio and mat Pilates, with extensive training in equipment-based programming and injury rehabilitation.
Registered remedial massage therapist with health fund provider status. Specialising in nervous system-focused bodywork.
Trained in Vibro-Acoustic Therapy and sound healing, including live sound bath facilitation and therapeutic frequency work.
Certified Reiki practitioner, integrating energy healing into sound and massage sessions to support deep energetic restoration.
Specialised training in myofascial release techniques, helping clients release deep-held tension patterns in the connective tissue.
Trained in yin yoga and somatic breathwork, supporting clients in accessing the deeper layers of nervous system regulation.
What I Believe
Every symptom, sensation, and pattern of tension is communication. My job is to help you hear it, not silence it.
You don't need to earn stillness. Rest is as essential as movement — and often more transformative.
Your body is unique. Your history is unique. Every session is built around you — not a template, not a protocol.
Real change happens when we stop rushing. Slow, intentional work reaches places that force never can.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to create conditions where your own wisdom and capacity can emerge.
